We endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however as all our garters are individually handmade please allow between 7-10 working days for delivery, from date of order confirmation. Couture orders may take longer but this will be outlined when placing the order. We will email you once your order has been dispatched.
UK delivery costs £2.50 and International delivery £6. When ordering please click the required button for UK or International delivery. Please note that all orders will require a signature upon arrival.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days of your receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition. Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order and package securely. Return to Laura George, 50 Harlow Crescent, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 0AJ, UK. Please note we DO NOT accept returns or cancellations on Couture items.
We do no accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you send them by registered post and retain proof of posting. Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us (longer if outside the UK) and 7-14 working days upon our receipt of you package for your exchange or refund to be issued.
All refunds will be issued via paypal for security. Please note that we do not issue refunds to a third party and we do not refund postage.
